π§° About the Role
As a Refractory Bricklayer, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining refractory brickwork in furnaces, kilns, boilers, and other heat-resistant structures. Your precision and technical skills will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial facilities.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
β€ Lay and repair refractory bricks, tiles, and linings in furnaces, kilns, boilers, and incinerators.
β€ Prepare surfaces, mix and apply refractory mortars, cements, and castables.
β€ Use hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment for precise bricklaying and fitting.
β€ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work specifications.
β€ Conduct inspections, identify damage, and perform necessary repairs.
β€ Work at industrial sites, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
β€ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
β€ Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet project deadlines.

To Qualify, You Must Have:
β€ Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Refractory Bricklayer.
β€ Experience in working with refractory materials to lay and repair heat-resistant bricks in high temperature environments such as kilns, furnaces, incinerators, and industrial chimneys.
β€ Knowledge of refractory materials, high-temperature linings, and related tools.
β€ Must have experience in general refractory installation, including welding, fabricating, and mechanical maintenance work.
β€ Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.
β€ Ability to produce work portfolios (photos and/or videos).
β€ Good English communication skills.
β€ Valid passport and readiness with visa documentation (police clearance, employment records, school credentials, etc.).
